Marketing Philosophy

We currently handle marketing and leasing for approximately 900,000 square feet of retail space, 600,000 square feet of office space and 75,000 square feet of development retail and/or office properties and continue to grow. We have pride in our successes, but constantly challenge ourselves to perform at even higher levels. We are able to provide quality Property Management through one of our many network partners. These relationships work extremely well and allow us to focus on what we do best.

At Landmark Commercial Real Estate we primarily focus on leasing and marketing of larger shopping centers and office buildings and portfolio's of properties for investors and developers.

Some of our marketing efforts for your property may include direct mailing to businesses and brokers, marketing the property through monthly Broker mail-outs and presentations at quarterly local and regional marketing sessions, marketing the property through the Internet databases and our Web Site which exposes the property to local, regional and national businesses and occasional bulk mailing campaigns with follow up, newspaper or business journal advertising and highly visible and attractive signs.
