As a Wichita native, Brian has found success in Commercial Real Estate due to his knowledge base of the market and strong work ethic. Brian made the decision to join Landmark with over 11 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate field. He has brokered several million dollars’ worth of Commercial properties, managed 380 apartment units in a three state area, developed a multi-family property, purchased an existing value add retail/office/apartment property, and currently manages over 24,000 sq. ft. of office property divided between two buildings and a 30 unit apartment property.
Brian is currently working on redeveloping a former automotive building into a multi-tenant office building. For this particular project he will be acting as the broker, developer, general contractor and leasing agent. Brian is also actively pursuing the management and development of additional commercial and multi-family properties.
In the years to come, Brian would like to build more multi-family properties and acquire property for redevelopment, while increasing his commercial brokerage presence in the industrial sector. He plans to expand upon his past successes while delivering a high level of professionalism, expertise and making a total commitment towards the growth of his Commercial Real Estate career.
Brian enjoys spending time with his step daughter and wife of 5 years. He also enjoys hanging out with his family, working out, cars, and the beach. Brian has 2 Shih Tzu’s named Brownie and Gibbs, a tortoise named Eko, and a beta fish named Oliver. After graduating from KU in 1993, Brian spent 7 months working on a scuba diving boat in Maui, Hawaii.
