Industrial Division

The Industrial Division of Landmark Commercial is working for you

In the marketplace, handling leasing, sales, consulting, and property valuations for all types and sizes of industrial real estate. Landmark understands the issues and logistics that companies face, and knows what questions to ask in order to get down to the real needs and real property solutions. They have experience with lease document formation that is cognizant of the need for good communication and clear responsibilities toward preventing problems down the road. Landmark works from an integrated business model with building contractors, architects, engineers, appraisers, bankers, chamber and government officials, attorneys, accountants, and business consultants, all toward determining and effectively resolving the needs of prospects and clients. Landmark has experience with marketing and overseeing all types and sizes of leases and sales of warehouses, manufacturing facilities, industrial land and industrial investment properties.

When you call Landmark, we will work fast.  We are very knowledgeable about most existing buildings on the market, including those listed by other companies, and we can reduce your calling and searching time significantly, quickly sifting through much data for you, getting you what you need to make the best decision quickly.  We can access several top search engines to cover the available selection of buildings, along with sending out specific requests to other brokers to double check the latest available buildings, even ones that haven't actually reached the market.  This is in addition to the synergy of ideas, business connections, interrelationships, and up-to-the-minute market involvement of all of the members of the Landmark team.

In September of 2009, Ted Branson joined Brad Saville and his team at Landmark to form the Industrial Division of Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc., in which Ted has added over 1.5 million square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space activity.  In recent years, Branson and Saville had been exploring ways to join forces, which has now been successfully resolved with the merger of Ted's years of experience, expertise and ongoing business with Landmark's success in retail, office, investment and land development, creating a full service commercial-industrial brokerage.

Landmark agents' experience includes working with many local, regional, national, and international companies: Cessna Aircraft Company/Textron; Swift-Cor Aerospace; Machining Specialists; City Electric; Capps Manufacturing; Air Capitol Delivery & Storage; The Coleman Company; United Warehouse; PPG; O'Connor Companies (Trane); Alside; Decker Electric; Martin Interconnect; NES; Williams Communications of Tulsa; Wesley Medical Center; Earthgrains/Sara Lee; Exacta Machine; Tran Aerospace; Sears; Montgomery Ward; Bennett Packaging; Love Box Company; A&H Electric; Unisource; The Salvation Army; Southwestern College; Kice Industries; Budget Storage;  First Industrial; Walter Morris & Sons; Air Midwest; Ryan Aviation; Rubbermaid; Global Aviation Technologies; Lead Edge Technologies; Sedgwick County;  Avis; Nabisco; Center Industries; International Communications Corp.; Miller Paving; and many others.

Just a few of the many LI agent transactions: the sale in Comotara of the two 200,000 sq. ft. Boeing warehouses to Michaelis Properties; sale of the MacArthur storage complex to Budget Storage; bringing the Cessna finance and travel offices to the Garvey Office complex in downtown Wichita: leasing of over 120,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and manufacturing space to Cessna/Textron; bringing the 30,000 sq. ft. Postal Encoding Center to Ruffin Properties' Westway Shopping Center, solving a sizable vacancy and an excess land problem behind the property; and, selling leased land under K-Mart West to K-Mart.

And Landmark understands the need to work just as hard to help small warehouse and manufacturing concerns to meet their building needs, completing numerous 1,000 to 10,000 sq. ft. leases and sales, counseling many new businesses through the commercial-industrial real estate process, doing what it takes, and sticking around after the deal.

Landmark works well with all other commercial and industrial brokers, having cooperated in many deals with local, state, and national brokerages: Coldwell Banker Commercial, Grubb & Ellis, Block, Staubach, Cushman & Wakefield, Marcus & Millichap, Cohen-Esrey, Jones Lang LaSalle, etc.
