Nick joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate in 2003 as a sales associate, with prior experience in re-hab, acquisitions, and assemblage work.

During the last few years with Landmark, Nick has primarily focused his efforts in retail leasing, development, tenant representation work and partnership syndications. These efforts have provided Nick the opportunity to work in several different markets throughout the region and nationally such as Colorado, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, Ohio and Missouri to name a few. In addition to his retail experience, Nick has also become experienced in the multi-family segment through the assembly of a partnership to acquire and manage 400 units in the Midwest, and is currently working with a national multi-family developer to develop more units throughout the Kansas / Missouri markets.

In his career at Landmark, Nick has participated in the acquisition, development, or syndication of more than $40 million worth of projects. Nick has received the Master’s Circle Award, which is set aside for the top producers in the market who complete over $5 million in transactions per year for each year that he has been in the business. Some of Nick’s career highlights include:

• Site Selection and Development for 15 Family Dollar projects in the Midwest
•  Acquisition of the Chadsworth Retail Center
• Assembly and Development of North Maize Place – a $15 million retail project consisting of more than 60,000 sf of retail / restaurant space
• Syndication of a 400 unit multi-family complex
• Development of restaurants such as Burger King, Taco Bueno, Logan’s Roadhouse, and more.

Nick currently sits on the Kansas CCIM Board of Directors. Also, Nick is a member of the Kansas RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) and remains heavily involved through his interest in the community. Nick is also a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and WAAR (Wichita Area Association of Realtors).

Nick and his wife Sabrina live in Wichita, KS along his parents and sister Merideth and brother-in-law Sam. Nick’s other siblings reside in Lincoln, NE. Sabrina’s family resides in Minnesota. Nick enjoy’s spending time playing golf with Sabrina, attending wine and cigar tasting’s and enjoying time at their family lake condo.
