Nick is a licensed real estate agent with Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc and is also the Founder and Sole Principal of The Titleist Group of Companies,  (“ TGC “ )a Development and Investment company focused on the acquisition, syndication and development of restaurant, hospitality, commercial and multi-family properties throughout the country. Additionally, Nick is a Founding Principal of 1point, LLC ( “ 1point “ ) a commercial and hospitality management company based in Wichita, KS.

Nick began his career in 2002 as a real estate agent with Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc with a focus on retail tenant representation and brokerage work and continues his affiliation with LCRE today. Over the next few years, Nick had the opportunity to participate in some development work that allowed him to begin acquiring and developing commercial retail and multi-family projects throughout the midwest.

In 2006, Nick formed Titleist Holdings, LLC ( “TH” ) and participated as a principal in the syndication and acquisition of a 400 unit multi-family property in Tulsa, OK which served as a conduit into the participation in the development/ acquisition of 320 additional units for a total interest in over 700 units which remain in the portfolio today. The company continues to work on acquisition and development opportunities throughout the midwest with Strategic Partners that add valuable experience and reputation to the projects being pursued.


In 2007 Nick formed Titleist Lodging Group, LLC ( “TLG” ) and joint ventured with 2 partners to become franchisees of a national hotel franchise, Value Place Hotels because of its synergy with the multi-family business. Nick led the financing, development and construction of their first Value Place property in Asheville, North Carolina which opened in 2008 then went on to lead the syndication and acquisition of their second Value Place property in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2009 and most recently the acquisition of their third Value Place in Tulsa, OK in 2012. The company is entering into development agreements with Value Place corporate to develop at least 3 more hotel in the next 3-4 years as well as continuing to review and analyze acquisition of existing units opportunities. The hotels acquired and developed by TLG and its joint venture partners are operated by its Strategic Partner, 1point, LLC, a commercial and hospitality management company based in Wichita, KS.

In addition to the hospitality entity, in 2009, Nick formed Titleist Restaurant Group, LLC ( “TRG “ ) and joint ventured with a few partners to become a franchisee of Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. Initially the group franchised the Tulsa, OK market to develop 6 restaurants, but through strategic partnerships now has an interest in 5 different major MSA markets throughout the United States with development agreements signed to develop over 50 Freddy’s restaurants over the next 10 years in conjunction with its Strategic Partner, JRI Management, a sophisticated restaurant operations and management company based in Salina, KS.


Throughout his career, Nick has participated in the development, acquisition and / or syndication of commercial and investment business’ and projects valued in excess of $75,000,000.


Nick is married to his best friend Sabrina, and they have 3 wonderful boys together, Lunden - 4, Bronx - 2 and Housten - 1. As a family, they enjoy sports ( Go Yankees and Vikings! ), fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends. As a family they attend NewSpring Church in Wichita, KS and are active in their kids school and activities throughout the year.
