Bradley Saville, CCIM, President and CEO of Landmark Commercial Real Estate Inc. has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Brad started in Commercial real estate in 1989 working as a Sales Associate and Project Director at TransAmerican Management for several institutional grade office and retial properties in Wichita. Brad formed Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1993 and exclusively handled real estate for a regional restaurant company including project development, construction coordination, and site selection in Kansas and Oklahoma.
Brad achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation in 1994, an honor held by less than 6% of all commercial real estate brokers nation-wide. Brad has served on the Kansas Chapter CCIM Board of Directors since 1994 and served as CCIM Kansas Chapter President for 1998, 1999, 2004, and 2012. Brad is an active ICSC member and attends conferences in Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Omaha.
In the past 25 years Brad has completed over 500 commercial lease and sales transactions primarily in the retail and restaurant specialties. Brad has received the Masters Circle Award for the past fifteen consecutive years (1995-2014) and previously the President's Circle Award. (1993-1994). Some Career Highlights include: 1) Development multiple projects on Maize Road including Chadsworth Retail Center, Firestone, and Central Park Place at 21st and Maize Road. (2) Turn Around of Twin Lakes Shopping Center (350,000 sq. ft.) from 40% to 98%, occupancy in 18 months, (3) Development of restaurants projects such as IHOP, Carraba’s, Logan’s Roadhouse, Five Guys, Freddy's, Panda Express, and Lowe's (4) Site Acquisition, Development, Construction and creation of Sale-Lease Back for Tutor Time Day Care facilities; (5) Sale of Westway Shopping Center 250,000 square feet $9.5 million dollar. (6) Development of Central Park Place anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement (7) Site Selection and Development for approximately 40 Family Dollar Stores in the Midwest. (8) Representation of Cabela's and Discount Tire in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. (9) Recent transactions completed with Zoe's Kitchen, Longhorn Steakhouse, Arby's, IHOP, and Fuzzy's Taco Shop.
Brad is a member and President of the Kansas Chapter CCIM (CCIM) and the national organization (CIREI), Wichita Area Association of Realtors (WAAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Wichita Area Chamber of Commerce and Greater Wichita Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB).
Brad and his wife Tiffany have five children; Greg, Alison, Bradley, Steele and Aspen. Hobbies include spending time with friends and family, horse back riding, hunting, boating and other outdoor activities.
