The firm is moving making the move the Remington Place Executive Park on 21st Street between Webb and Greenwich and is expected to move in on Friday.

The new space has room for 26 associates. Crossland Construction completed the remodel for the office, building out 14 offices, a large conference room, kitchen, break room and cubicles. GLMV Architecture was the designer.

Barrett, a commercial sales associate at J.P. Weigand & Sons, represented himself on the transaction of the strip center, alongside colleague Whitney Vliet Ward.

The seller, Beech Lake Investments – made up of Clark Investment Group and Johnny Stevens – was represented by Don Piros and Brad Saville of Landmark Commercial Real Estate.
