Since joining Landmark in 2004, Don has been instrumental in the buying, selling, and leasing of retail and restaurant properties, adeptly representing both landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers. His expertise extends beyond retail and restaurant properties to encompass land, office, and investment transactions.
Don’s previous entrepreneurial ventures and experience in franchise ownership, coupled with his national executive restaurant operations background, uniquely position him to guide clients through various business aspects. This includes site selection, financial analysis, leasing negotiations, marketing strategies, and day-to-day operational considerations, resulting in successful closed transactions.
Don’s unwavering dedication, positive demeanor, and commitment to integrity in the real estate industry have earned him well-deserved recognition within the brokerage community. As one of Landmark’s top producers, he consistently receives accolades such as the Wichita Area Association of Realtors Master’s Circle, an honor reserved for the highest-producing individuals in a given year.
Don’s professional affiliations include being a Kansas Certified Commercial Investment Member, a National Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an International Council Shopping Center Member (ICSC), and memberships with the Kansas Association of Realtors (KAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). His educational background includes studies at Wichita State University, Hutchinson Community College, and the attainment of the CCIM Designation.
