Scott has been a valuable member of Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc. since 2006. Before joining Landmark, he worked as a general certified commercial real estate appraiser and had a background in the ownership and management of self-storage facilities. Since becoming a part of Landmark, Scott has distinguished himself as one of the company’s top-producing agents.

Scott is primarily involved in the retail, restaurant, and office sectors, showcasing expertise in leasing, development, redevelopment, investment sales, syndication, asset management, and consulting. He actively participates in industry organizations such as the Society of Exchange Counselors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and serves on the Kansas CCIM Chapter Board of Directors.

His work extends beyond local boundaries, frequently collaborating with out-of-state brokers, owners, and investors who rely on his in-depth knowledge of the south-central Kansas market for leasing, management, disposition, or acquisition of real estate.

In recent years, Scott has successfully closed transactions with a diverse range of clients, including notable names such as Aspen Dental, Five Guys, REI, Bank of America, Walmart, T-Mobile, and many more.

Apart from his role at Landmark, Scott is the founder of Green Cabin Capital, a commercial real estate investment and development company. Additionally, he serves as a principle in Market Data Network, LLC, a commercial real estate sales data provider.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of Kansas (1998) and an MBA from Wichita State University (2004). In 2012, he earned the prestigious CCIM designation, joining a select group of less than 7% of all commercial real estate practitioners.

As a native of the Wichita area, Scott has a rich background, having lived in various locations, including Prague, Czech Republic; Bozeman, Montana; and Panajachel, Guatemala. Before his career in commercial real estate, Scott held diverse roles such as carpenter, cook, photographer, truck driver, security guard, airplane washer, bookstore clerk, and writer.

Scott is married with three children and enjoys reading, writing, backpacking, traveling, and running in his spare time. His multifaceted background and commitment to professional excellence make him a valuable asset to the Landmark team.
