Landmark Commercial Real Estate continues to build on its momentum with the addition of Tim Goodpasture as Chief Operations Officer and the promotion of longtime team member Kristy Biggs to Vice President of Operations.
The leadership changes come during a period of continued growth for the Wichita-based firm, which recently expanded its services with the launch of an industrial division and has grown its team to better serve clients throughout the region. As Landmark continues to evolve, both appointments reflect the company’s commitment to providing exceptional support to its agents, clients, and communities.
Goodpasture brings extensive experience in economic development and commercial real estate, including more than a decade working with the City of Wichita. In his new role, he will oversee daily operations, help streamline processes, and support strategic growth initiatives across the company.
Biggs, a familiar and trusted presence at Landmark for more than 21 years, has played an integral role in the company’s success. Throughout her tenure, she has served in a variety of leadership and support capacities, helping guide operations, marketing, development coordination, property management, and client services. As Vice President of Operations, she will continue to lead internal operations and support Landmark’s growing team.
Together, Goodpasture and Biggs will help strengthen the foundation that has made Landmark one of Wichita’s leading commercial real estate firms while positioning the company for continued success in the years ahead.
