Kristy George‑Biggs serves as Vice President of Operations for both Landmark Commercial Real Estate and Landmark Commercial Property Management, a role that reflects more than 21 years of dedication, leadership, and deep institutional knowledge. Since joining Landmark in 2005, Kristy has grown alongside the firm as it expanded from a small office into Wichita’s leading commercial real estate company. Beginning her career as a receptionist, she quickly became a trusted partner to Founder, President, and CEO Brad Saville, helping shape Landmark into the full‑service commercial real estate organization it is today. Her experience spans nearly every operational role within the company, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the business from every perspective.

Over the past decade, Kristy most recently served as Client Program Manager and Development Coordinator, playing a key role in national retail expansion programs and major development projects across Kansas. Her work has included nationwide programs for Family Dollar and Dollar Tree, contributing to the formation of Iron Horse Development, as well as transformative Wichita projects such as Naftzger Park, Douglas Development, and multiple corridor developments along North Maize Road and North Greenwich Road. Kristy has also supported site selection and leasing for national and regional tenants including Cabela’s, Casey’s, Discount Tire, Dollar Tree, and Hawaiian Bros. Born and raised in Kansas, she brings a strong commitment to community, integrity, and long‑term relationships, making her uniquely positioned to lead operations and support Landmark’s continued growth across the region.
