ARC Physical Therapy Plus is working on its second Wichita clinic.
“It’s really been driven by the demand of the customers,” says Brian Stewart, partner and chief marketing officer.
ARC, which stands for Athletic and Rehabilitation Center, already has a clinic on the west side on Taft between Ridge and Dugan.
The new clinic will open in almost 3,000 square feet at 6505 E. 37th St. North, which is in theBrush Creek shopping center near the southeast corner of 37th North and Woodlawn.
ARC will be next to the O’Reilly Auto Parts that’s opening in 7,100 square feet at the center.
“We love the Wichita community,” Stewart says. “It’s been very, very supportive of our services.”
He anticipates more to come here as well.
“We sure hope so,” Stewart says. “We believe that that town is large enough.”
ARC is opening a few new clinics in the next few months.
“This is one of three new clinics that we’re going to open in the next 12 weeks,” Stewart says.
That will make 15 in Kansas, Missouri and, for the first time, Iowa.
Don Piros of Landmark Commercial Real Estate handled the deal for the new Wichita space.
Stewart expects construction to begin on Aug. 3 and be complete in no more than eight weeks.
O’Reilly likely will open closer to the end of this year.
