The new Greystone Steak & Seafood will open its doors for dinner on Tuesday.
Deano’s Grill & Tapworks proprietor John Arnold is opening Greystone with a group of investors at Cambridge Market near the southeast corner of 21st and Webb Road, which is where Deano’s is as well.
Famous Dave’s closed last fall after about a decade in business.
Greystone’s main dining room will hold 50, but there are also four rooms for private meetings and parties.
There’s a Van Gogh-themed room and a presidential-themed room that each will hold eight to 10 people.
A medium-sized map-themed room will hold 14, and a larger Air Capital-themed room will hold 20 to 25 people.
Greystone’s menu will be heavy on seafood for starters and more geared to steak for the main meals.
“It’s a good balance,” says co-owner Erin Edwards.
She says Greystone has already had a number of calls about private parties, which will be its emphasis, and reservations will begin being scheduled next week.
