She embarked on her real estate career in 2011, demonstrating expertise in commercial sales and management. Throughout her professional journey, Stephanie has showcased her capabilities by overseeing the sales and leasing of a portfolio encompassing over one million square feet of commercial real estate, achieving an impressive occupancy rate of 95%. Her experience extends to managing investor relations, mergers, and acquisitions for a large healthcare organization, where she focused on ground-up senior living facilities and successfully raised over $18 million.
Stephanie’s expertise spans ground-up developments, construction, budgeting, and lease negotiations. She has a keen interest in retail and office leasing and is dedicated to representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Actively involved in the Wichita community, Stephanie currently serves as the board president for Women in Commercial Real Estate, an organization she founded in 2013. Throughout her career, she has garnered accolades such as WBJ 40 Under 40, recognition in WBJ Women Who Lead in Commercial Real Estate, and selection to participate in Leadership Wichita.
Married with three children, Stephanie and her husband find joy in spending quality time with family and friends, cherishing moments as spectators at their children’s sporting events.
