Founder and CEO

Bradley Saville, CCIM, Owner and CEO of Landmark Commercial Real Estate Inc. has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Brad started in Commercial real estate in 1989 working as a Sales Associate and Project Director at TransAmerican Management Company (TMC)  for several institutional grade office and retail properties in Kansas. Brad formed Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1993 and exclusively handled real estate for a regional restaurant company including project development, construction coordination, and site selection in Kansas and Oklahoma during the mid 90’s. Landmark since  has grown to one of the largest commercial brokerages and property management companies in Kansas.

Brad achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation in 1994, an honor held by less than 10% of all commercial real estate brokers nation-wide. Brad has served on the Kansas Chapter CCIM Board of Directors since 1994 and served as CCIM Kansas Chapter President in 1998, 1999, 2004, and 2012. Brad is an active member of the Kansas Chapter CCIM and an active ICSC member and attends conferences in Las Vegas, Chicago, Texas, Oklahoma Heartland events.

Career highlights and major projects and tenants Brad has completed transactions which include:

Retail and restaurant development projects throughout the Midwest including the 26-acre Central Park Place project anchored by Lowe’s and Homegoods and the 40-acre project anchored by Menards both in west  Wichita. Other clients Brad has worked with include Longhorn Steakhouse;  Dunkin Donuts, Panda Express, Freddy’s,  Tutor Time Day care, Zoe’s Kitchen, Old Spaghetti Factory, Abuelo’s, Fuzzy’s Taco Shops, Autozone and O’Reilly, IHOP, Arby’s, Chicken N Max, Hobby Lobby, Mardel and Cavendar’s. Some of the client’s Brad represents include Cabela’s, Black Bear Diner, Discount Tire,  Dollar Tree and Family Dollar.  Brad has completed over 50 site selection and development projects for Dollar Tree and Family Dollar in  Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Nebraska and Iowa.  Brad also secured the sites for the Cabela’s in Wichita and Oklahoma City.

Current major projects Brad is working on include the urban 100,000 square foot Live, Work and Play Spaghetti Works District, the 60-acre Class A Waterfront retail, restaurant  and office development in east Wichita as well as the 12-acre Kellogg and Webb project anchored by the new  90,000 sq. ft. Floor & Décor and Discount Tire.

Brad and his family reside in Wichita and hobbies include horses, hunting, fishing, baseball and other outdoor activities.
