Clay’s accomplishments in Collegiate DECA earned recognition from the Kansas State Legislature. Competing among more than 110 universities worldwide, he became a four-time International DECA Finalist and was crowned World Champion in Sports Marketing, reflecting his strengths in business research, strategic thinking, professional communication, and high-level case analysis.
Clay earned degrees in Business Management and Accounting from Kansas Wesleyan University. During his time at Kansas Wesleyan, he also served as Student Body President and was a member of the university football team as a kicker. In recognition of his leadership and character, Clay received the prestigious Professor Fran Jabara Leadership Award at graduation.
