Dylan joined the Landmark team in 2023 as an intern, showcasing skills and ambition that quickly led him to transition into a Sales Associate role. He made significant contributions to several transactions before returning to school at University of South Florida, St Petersburg. Dylan also holds his real estate license in Florida and is coordinating investment projects there, connecting Kansas investors with exciting new investment opportunities in Florida while additionally bringing back Florida investors to Kansas deals. With a passion for communicating and making connections, coupled with an appreciation for the inevitable need for commercial space in economies, Dylan found that working with Landmark Commercial Real Estate was a perfect fit. He continuously stays in touch with his Kansas partners and clients to find solutions for any deal he sources or is brought his way.
When asked about his favorite part of Commercial Real Estate, Dylan expressed his enjoyment of meeting and dealing with new people, with the opportunity to develop great business and personal relationships that benefit both sides. He emphasized his long-standing enjoyment of helping people.
In his free time, Dylan enjoys painting, playing music, exercising, spending time with his dogs, and taking long nature walks. His enthusiasm for connecting with others and his diverse interests make him a valuable member of the Landmark team.
