Josh, an esteemed graduate of the University of Oklahoma, has forged an illustrious career primarily centered around property management. His journey commenced in 1999 when joined the management team overseeing the parking garages at Crown Center in Kansas City, marking the inception of his remarkable adventure.
Throughout his career, Josh has showcased versatility, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, conventional, Section 8, Section 42, Section 202, PRAC, Section 236, receivership properties, and HOA/Condo Associations.
A recognized authority in his field, Josh holds the prestigious designation of Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 2010 and 2018, he assumed the role of President of the local IREM Chapter, demonstrating ongoing commitment to leadership by continuing to serve on the Executive Committee.
For an impressive 15-year tenure, Josh served on the Board of Directors for The Apartment Association of Greater Wichita. His leadership roles included two terms as president, and his accolades include receiving the Regional Manager of the Year title three times at the AAGW Star of Excellence Awards, underscoring his unwavering dedication to excellence and service.
Beyond his roles in the Apartment Association of Greater Wichita, Josh has been a part of the leadership team for the Local Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for 15 years, currently serving his third term as President. He has also contributed to the Boards of The American Heart Association Heart Walk and Heartspring. Additionally, he currently holds a role on the Executive Board of the Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA) where he will serve as Board Chair in 2026.
Josh has served in various capacities in community and industry leadership, spearheading initiatives for community development, participating in industry conferences as a thought leader, and collaborating with various organizations to drive positive change. His multifaceted approach to leadership underscores his commitment to making meaningful contributions both locally and within the broader industry landscape.
