Kristy joined Landmark in early 2005, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. In her role as a Development Coordinator, she specializes in national retail expansion programs. Kristy’s responsibilities include retail development site analysis, relationship management, site planning, maintaining project timelines, creating competition aerials and presentations, demographics and competition studies, and document preparation for contracts and closings.
Born and raised in Kansas, Kristy enjoys spending time with her children and family. Her extensive experience and expertise contribute to the success of Landmark’s retail development initiatives.
