Kristy Biggs joined Landmark in early 2005. She has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as an Executive Assistant and Development Coordinator, specializing in national retail expansion programs. Kristy is responsible for retail development site analysis, relationship management, site planning, maintaining project timelines, creation of competition aerials and presentations, demographics and competition studies, document preparation for contracts and listings and maintaining compliance with the Kansas Real Estate Commission.

Born and raised in Kansas, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her three sons.
