Marc Knowles brings years of commercial real estate experience and success back to the organization where his career began. Marc started his commercial real estate career with Landmark several years ago, then went on to work with CBRE before serving as a Vice President at Colliers International. He has now found his way back to Landmark.
Marc gained notable recognition for helping save the Starlite Drive‑In in south Wichita and was part of the multimillion‑dollar disposition of the Minit Mart portfolio to Casey’s. He also oversaw leasing at NewMarket Square in northwest Wichita for several years, successfully bringing thousands of square feet under lease.
Marc’s wife, Tiffani, is a first‑grade teacher in Wichita. They have two children and one son‑in‑law. Sterling is an eighth grader in Hesston, and Delica is a cheer coach at Central Christian Academy. Delica was recently married to Tyler Lawless, completing Marc’s family.
