With over 15+ years of experience across commercial, residential, and business real estate, Matthew Vos brings a proven track record of growth, leadership, and vision to Landmark Commercial Real Estate.
Matt’s roots trace back to a dairy farm in Washington State, where he first developed a deep appreciation for land, hard work, and the value of maximizing property potential. From those early days, he carried an entrepreneurial drive. He started a fertilizer business in high school and later founded a successful moving company in Denver. He eventually dedicated his career to real estate.
In Denver, Matt served as a Partner at Atlas Real Estate Group for eight years, where he played a key role in growing the firm’s residential brokerage division. In 2017, he sold his interest in Atlas and relocated to Wichita to take on the role of Asset Manager for a family-owned oil company, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
Matt’s experience spans multi-family, hospitality, office, single-family-for-rent, and retail properties, with expertise in acquisitions, development, and portfolio management. His ability to identify value, optimize operations, and scale assets has been a driving force throughout his career.
Beyond real estate, Matt is passionate about community. He recently completed a four-year term on the Board of League 42, a Wichita-based youth baseball organization serving over 600 local kids. He helped provide structure, mentorship, and life skills through sports.
Matt has two children: Paxton (11) and Marlowe (8).
