Tate joined Landmark in 2018, bringing with him an exceptional work ethic and a keen attention to detail. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Wichita State University. Tate plays a crucial role in assisting clients with site selection, owner representation, redevelopment, and land development.
Tate provides clients a unique perspective by leveraging his experience working through all parts of the deal process. His experience includes negotiating leases for national and local companies, evaluating land for development through financial projections and entitlement feasibility, negotiating easements and covenants, managing the ground up development timeline and process, and working with landlords, owners, tenants, and buyers to create satisfactory results for all parties.
