Ted Branson has specialized in commercial and industrial real estate for 48 years. He began his career as a broker with Branson & Associates (B&A), Inc., a family-owned commercial brokerage and property management firm, where he worked alongside his father, the late Robert “Bob” Branson, until his passing in February 2002.
In April 2002, Ted opened the Wichita office for Coldwell Banker Commercial (Stucky & Associates), where he successfully grew the operation during a challenging market. Despite the eventual loss of the franchise in 2009 due to the housing market collapse, Ted’s perseverance laid the groundwork for a new opportunity. Having been in discussions for years with Landmark’s Brad Saville, the transition led to the launch of Landmark’s Industrial Division, completing the firm’s expansion into a full-service commercial, industrial, development, investment, and property management brokerage. Landmark has proven to be a great fit for Ted and his expertise.
Ted works in sales, leasing, consulting, and property valuation across all commercial real estate sectors. He collaborates with a wide network of professionals—including brokers, developers, attorneys, contractors, engineers, and city officials—to meet the unique needs of each client. His portfolio includes retail, office, warehouse, manufacturing, mini-storage, land, and investment properties, with transactions ranging from 1,000 sq. ft. to 500,000 sq. ft. and values up to $12 million. His client base spans from small local businesses to large national and international companies.
Ted’s mission is to facilitate successful transactions even in challenging economic conditions. He listens closely to his clients, applies decades of experience, and leverages modern marketing strategies to deliver effective, tailored solutions.
He has earned numerous Masters Circle and President’s Club sales and leasing awards, but he considers the most meaningful reward to be the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their goals—whether meeting a need, pursuing a dream, or building a livelihood.
Ted graduated from Wichita State University in 1977 and is a member of NAR, KAR, WAAR, and the local CCIM chapter. He has two sons, Blake and Jeff, and is blissfully married to his wife, Rhonda. Outside of work, Ted is active in his church and various ministries and enjoys playing guitar, singing, studying constitutional government, and staying fit.
