Trisha Powell is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, title and escrow operations, transaction management, and real estate sales. Born in Wichita, Kansas, raised in Silverton, Oregon, and a resident of El Dorado since 2001, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

As a Commercial Real Estate Administrator with Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Trisha supports brokers, clients, and transactions throughout the commercial real estate process. She also successfully founded and operated Elevated Contract Solutions, LLC, a residential transaction coordination company that provided contract-to-close and marketing support for real estate professionals.

Known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to building lasting relationships, Trisha believes real estate is ultimately about helping people achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her five grandchildren and her Goldendoodle, Waylon, as well as enjoying the outdoors through hunting, fishing, hiking, and kayaking.
