Zach Zerbe
Sr. Commercial Sales Associate & Property Manager
Zach Zerbe brings over 15 years of experience to Landmark in commercial real estate brokerage and property management. Since joining Landmark in 2016, Zach has worked closely with developers and landlords to develop, repurpose, lease and sell numerous projects ranging from single tenant to commercial strip centers, and multi family buildings in the Wichita area. He currently serves on the Building Owners and Managers Board (BOMA), and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
Zach is a graduate of Newman University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He played for Newman’s golf team and is still an avid golfer, today. In his free time, he likes to cook for friends and family, and volunteer his time with Wichita Entrepreneurship focused causes. Zach is a strong advocate for his community and the continued development of downtown Wichita.
